The information that is collected by SPI for such contests may include contact information and survey questions. This information is used to notify the contest winners and the survey information is used to improve webinars or the Site. If you use the Site to apply for employment at SPI, the information you provide will be evaluated in connection with employment opportunities that may exist, and not for any other purpose. SPI may also disclose information in the event that legal action is required against someone who may be creating interference with the Site. Business Transfers – We may buy or sell operating divisions, companies or other business assets or be acquired by another company. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets.

You may access the information SPI has collected about you by sending a request via e-mail to info@SPI.in; or by Indian Mail to the SPI address. We may need to protect your privacy by verifying your identity before granting access to your information or making any corrections.

The Site may contain links to third party web sites (“Linked Sites”) that may also collect personal information about you. This Privacy Statement does not cover the practices of those Linked Sites. However, we encourage you to read the Privacy Statements of those Linked Sites.

Security measures

SPI has put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information you provide. SPI uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the current standard for secure transactions over the Internet. There are some simple measures that you can take to promote protection of your information. First, to help protect the security of your account, do not share your password with others. Also, remember to “log-off” after using any of our online services when you have finished using the website. While SPI strives to protect your information by using SSL and through measures to protect its system, such security cannot be ensured. Consequently, SPI does not insure or warrant the security of information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.

In the event that SPI Privacy Statement should change, new versions will appear on this website that incorporates any changes. Your continued use of the Site implies that you have accepted those changes in the Privacy Statement.
